The Nelson Division of Works Infrastructure have been supporting the NonStop Trials Academy with their vision by providing a supply of large quarry rocks to enhance the manmade section of the park with natural challenging obstacles.
We would like to acknowlege the very generous donation of ready-mix from Allied Concrete, used in a new section being prepared for the NZ National Trials Championships, to be held in Nelson in October.
In anticipation of the 3-Day NZ National Trials Championships being held in Nelson at Labour Weekend (Oct 21-23), the team at NonStop Trials Academy have been working with Taylors Contracting to construct a top class course for the first day of competition.
The team at Blacks Fasteners, Nelson with the backing of their parent company in Christchurch have supported the NonStop project assisting with all nuts & bolts used in the construction of the man-made obstacles at the NonStop Trials Park.
Ian, owner/operator of the Nelson Branch of Colourplus, kindly donated the product that brings the Trials Park to life with all the sponsors colours. Ian has a genuine interest in Trials being a past Trials rider himself and appreciates the skill and discipline required. We thank him for his interest and support of this project.
Our thanks to John Ellis of Sicon Richmond and his generous cooperation with access to a loader for the shifting of rocks and earth in the construction of the NonStop Trials Park. With his help we have been able to achieve a great deal in a shorter time frame than would otherwise have been possible.
Thanks to Steve Eggers, Owner/Operator of Lift N Shift who has made available at short notice truck and driver to assist with the transportation of material and equipment to and from the Trials Park. In support of this venture he has provided very sharp prices which are greatly appreciated. He is also long suffering when funds are in short supply.
At a young age Steve Butler benefited immensely from the team spirit, camaraderie and friendliness of the trials fraternity in New Zealand and overseas. He is proud to be able to contribute back to the sport that gave him so much. Steve and his partner Taryn provide guidance at a professional and personal level for NonStop whilst assisting the high performance squad in the development of emotional competency for high performance.
Dwayne Lohmann of Summit Real Estate Stoke Office has recognised the benefit of the NonStop Trial Park and Academy for youth training in New Zealand and has financially supported their endeavours with a donation to the NZ Trials Championships held in Nelson in 2006 and sponsorship of a section at the Trials Park in 88 Valley - 'The Summit Ramp'.
Gary supports the NonStop Trials High Performance Squad by employing two of our members and supporting their sporting commitments.

The Nelson Mail and The Leader have been very supportive of the NonStop Academy since it's beginnings in 2001, with regular newsworthy articles lifting the public awareness of the sport of Trials. This has assisted Stephen in his quest for sponsorship. They support Nelson as the centre hub of Trials in NZ and are looking forward to the on-going international relationships and future success of the High Peformance Academy young achievers.
Geoff (Jack)McLauchlan supplied large digger tyres for the construction of man-made obstacles at the Trials park. He also supported the editorial for the launch of the park and signage at one of the sections. His children both ride motocross and Geoff is keen for them to take advantage of the training offered at the Academy to assist them in their sport.
Thanks has to go to Gary Donaldson & Gary Adcock for their encouragement and the supply of a large digger which has been crucial in the development of the NonStop Trials Park. Placement of large quarry rocks and earth moving have been successfully completed with their assistance.
Thanks to Chris Jones of The CAT Rental Store for the use of a truck for transporting quarry rocks to the NonStop Trials Park site.
Nelson City Council have provided miscellaneous items which have been incorporated into the man-made sections of the NonStop Trials Park giving that extra bit of variety and interest. It gives the Park a unique flavour.
Thelin Construction Ltd has made available reinforced concrete slabs which have been included in the man-made section of the NonStop Trials Park adding traction where needed to assist young riders as they attempt new challenges.
Thanks to the support of this local Retravision store, gear bags have been supplied to the team. These will be used locally at the Academy and also when travelling to events around the country or overseas. Many thanks.
