High Performance Training
 | | Guest coach( from the MFJ ) Takumi Narita teaching at NonStop |
Please note: this has not been developed yet and is a work in progress with our Governing Body and newly appointed Trials commissioner in 2009.
MNZ are working towards putting together a group of riders capable of competing in international competition with special emphasis on the TDN and Oceania Competition involving Australia and New Zealand with the addition of Japan.
NonStop believe that there is a need for two groups to be developed: one of younger riders to be coached to a higher level for high performance training; and a team, who are already at a higher level of development and can be taken to the next level for international competition.
We at NonStop expect that this will happen within the next 3 to 5 years.
The aim is for NonStop to become the National Trials Training Centre for riders who demonstrate passion, ability, commitment and the mental attributes to compete at the top level within the sport. This will include Expert grade within New Zealand, with the goal of competing successfully Internationally.
Weekend training is expected to be scheduled throughout the year coached by passionate, experienced NZ Trials Champions.
The training is envisaged to take place in both the North and South Islands at different locations and not solely at the NonStop facility so everyone can take advantage of what will be on offer.
Expressions of interest for this training should be made via Contact Us.
